LV Diamonds Certificate Activation

How can I activate my LV Diamonds Certificate?
There are several ways to initiate the activation of your LV Diamonds Certificate.  Start by log-in on My LV account - My Certificates section or scan the QR code received during your purchase or open the activation link that was sent in a separate email within your purchase. 

You will get to the activation page, where the individual number and the buyer’s name are required (both fields are mandatory, and the information is available on the receipt). In addition, the individual number is engraved on the product. 
Once the information is entered successfully, your LV Diamonds Certificate will be activated and ready to be consulted at any time in My LV account – My Certificates section. 

Where can I find the link to activate my certificate? 
The link to activate your LV Diamonds Certificate was sent in a separate e-mail within your purchase or in the QR code given during your purchase. 

If you cannot find the e-mail nor the QR code, you can access the activation page directly on My LV account - My Certificates section

I activated my certificate, but it does not appear in my account, what can I do?
The LV Diamonds Certificate should be visible on MyLV account – My Certificates section once the activation is done successfully. 

Where do I find my individual number to activate my Certificate?
The individual number is required to activate the LV Diamonds Certificate, you can find it on purchase receipt and it is also engraved on the product.
