At Louis Vuitton, we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you intend to exchange or return your order please review the following. Louis Vuitton offers complimentary returns for online purchases in store or remotely. For remote returns, kindly allow up to 30 days for processing.
POLICY
- Complimentary exchanges & returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Item in perfect & sellable condition.
- Include original invoice, packaging, leaflets and certificates.
- Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- All returns are to be sent via DHL. We cannot be held responsible for the parcel being lost in transit and shipping charges will not be reimbursed when sent from another carrier.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN:
Please note, to exchange for a different product, contact Client Services for assistance.
To exchange for a different size, register your exchange online by following the below steps, or alternatively contact Client Services for assistance.
- Go to your MyLV account, under "My purchases", select "Request an exchange/return" on the relevant product and follow the steps.
- Once the exchange is confirmed, follow the steps to return the initial product (identical to the return procedure described below).
- The new product will be shipped upon validation of the return.
Prepare your package:
- Place your item in its original packaging along with the original receipt
- Affix the DHL label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new label, do not seal your package (this will be done upon collection).
Schedule your DHL collection:
- Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/au to schedule a collection
- Input the 10-digit waybill number printed on the DHL label provided.
