How to Collect your Order In-store

You will receive an email and SMS when your order is ready to be collected from the store.

Collecting yourself, you need:

• Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation.
• Government-issued photo identification.
• Order Confirmation email.

Representative needs:

• Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation.
• Purchaser’s government-issued photo identification.
• Representative’s government-issued photo identification.
• Order Confirmation email.
• Written authority (email or physical) from the original purchaser, authorizing the individual to collect on their behalf.

If you do not collect your order:

• Your order will be available in-store for 14 days.
• If the order is not collected within 14 days, it may be cancelled. A refund will be processed to your original method payment.
