What are the delivery times and costs?

Premium Timeslot Concierge Delivery
Our Concierge delivery service extends from Mon -Sun, offering the convenience of scheduling your delivery up to 14 days in advance. Your order will be hand delivered by our Concierge during a 3-hour timeslot of your choice. This service is only available in Sydney.
You may confirm eligibility at checkout through the entry of your postcode. Please note mandatory signature required.
  Order window: Same day delivery service available for orders placed before 3pm AEDT.
Delivery window: Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm (except public holidays). Select a 3-hour timeslot of your choice.
If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you and endeavour to reschedule.
 
Express DHL Delivery 
Express delivery service, facilitated by DHL, extends from Mon – Fri (excluding public holiday and weekends). This service is available across Australia, with lead times determined by postcode. Please note mandatory signature required.

DHL lead time: Metropolitan postcodes: 1 - 3 days  Rural: 4 - 6 days  Remote: 7 - 10 days   Order window: Delivery service available for orders placed before 2pm AEDT. Please note, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. 
    Click & Collect Delivery
Have your order delivered to a Louis Vuitton store of your choice within Australia.
 
Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your selected stores within 3
- 5 business days, once your order is ready to collect, you will receive email confirmation.
 

 
To track your order status, please login to your MyLV Account.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO. Box, hotels and communal addresses.
Delivery is only available within Australia.
Please note that My LV Heritage orders take approximately 8 weeks.
