What are the delivery times and costs?
The expected time for standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days following order placement. Shipping charges for standard delivery orders are complimentary.
*For shipments to remote and rural areas including, but not limited to regional Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia addresses please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
If express delivery is requested, your order will be prioritised and will arrive within 3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) from the time you receive email shipping confirmation. Please note overnight orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day. This service is only available to selected postcodes and is not available for My LV Heritage orders.
Same Business Day Delivery
If same business day delivery is requested, your order will be prioritised with expected arrival before 6pm AEST on the same business day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) you receive an email shipping confirmation. Please note same business day orders placed after 12pm AEST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day. This service is presently only available to selected Sydney Metropolitan post codes and is not available for My LV Heritage orders.
Click & Collect Delivery
Have your order delivered to the store of your choice – Complimentary.
Orders placed by 3pm AEST Monday – Friday, will be delivered to the store of your choice in 4 business days.* Collect in Store orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
*We are currently experiencing delivery delays to Perth. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Please note that My LV Heritage orders are delivered within about 8 weeks

Louis Vuitton will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. If you select Click & Collect delivery, you will receive a separate email and SMS (if contactable) informing you that your order is ready for collection. In addition, your MyLV Account will allow you to track your order status.
