What are the delivery times and costs?

Premium Concierge Delivery (Sydney Metropolitan)

Same day delivery service available for orders placed before 3pm AEST. Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm (excluding public holidays). 

• Minimum order value of $600 is required to be eligible for our Premium Concierge services.
• Your order will be hand delivered by our Concierge during a 3-hour timeslot of your choice.
• This service is only available in metropolitan Sydney. (You may confirm eligibility at checkout through the entry of your postcode).
• Mandatory signature is required by an adult present at the delivery address.
• If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you and endeavour to reschedule.

Express DHL Delivery

Express delivery service, facilitated by DHL, extends from Mon – Fri (excluding public holiday and weekends).

This service is available across all of Australia, with delivery times determined by postcode. Please note mandatory signature is required. Delivery is only available within Australia.

DHL Express Delivery Timeframes:

• Metropolitan postcodes: 1 - 3 business days
• Rural: 4 - 6 business days
• Remote: 7 - 10 business days

Please note, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed and dispatched until the next available business day.

We are unable to deliver to the following address types:

• Freight forwarding services

Click & Collect Delivery

• Have your order delivered to an eligible Louis Vuitton store of your choice within Australia.
• Your order will be delivered to your selected store within 4 business days from order placement, subject to the product's availability.
• Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive email confirmation.
• We ask that you endeavour to collect your order within 14 days of notification.
• Please be prepared to present your government issued photo ID and your email confirmation upon collection.
