Valentine’s Day Delivery Updates
To receive your package by 14 Feb, please place your orders by the following dates:

Premium Delivery 14 Feb, 12pm AEDT - Eligible postcodes in Sydney
Same Day Delivery 14 Feb, 12pm AEDT - Eligible postcodes in Sydney.
Express Delivery 9 Feb, 2pm AEDT - Eligible postcodes Australia-wide.
Standard Delivery 7 Feb, 2pm AEDT - Eligible postcodes Australia-wide.
Click and Collect (In-store collection) 9 Feb, 2pm AEDT for all stores, 7 Feb, 2pm AEDT for Perth store.

Premium Timeslot Concierge Delivery
Our Concierge delivery service extends from Mon -Sun, offering the convenience of scheduling your delivery up to 14 days in advance. Your order will be hand delivered by our Concierge during a 3-hour timeslot of your choice. This service is only available in Sydney.
You may confirm eligibility at checkout through the entry of your postcode. Please note mandatory signature required.

Fee: $70 for orders under $1,500 | Complimentary for orders $1,500 and above.
Order window: Same day delivery service available for orders placed before 3pm AEDT.
Delivery window: Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm (except public holidays). Select a 3-hour timeslot of your choice.
If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you and endeavour to reschedule.
 
Same Business Day Delivery 
Same Day delivery service extends from Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays)
Your order will be prioritised with expected arrival before 6pm AEDT. This service is only available in Sydney.
You may confirm eligibility at checkout through the entry of your postcode. Please note mandatory signature required.
 
Fee: $25 for orders under $1,500 | Complimentary for orders $1,500 and above
Order window: Same day delivery service available for orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm AEDT.
Please note, orders placed on  Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you and endeavour to reschedule.
 
Express Delivery
Your order will be expedited and arrive within 1-3 business days via DHL from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email.
You may confirm eligibility at checkout through the entry of your postcode. Please note mandatory signature required.
 
Fee: $15 for orders under $1,500 | Complimentary for orders $1,500 and above
Order window: Delivery service available for orders placed before 2pm AEDT.
Delivery: This service is presently available to most Australian metropolitan postcodes.
Please note, DHL does not deliver on public holidays.
 
Standard Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days via DHL from the time you receive your email shipping confirmation.

Fee: Complimentary
Order window: Delivery service available for orders placed before 2pm AEDT (anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day).
Delivery: This service is presently only available to selected Australia-wide Metropolitan postcodes.
Please note, DHL does not deliver on public holidays. For shipments to remote, regional and rural areas please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.
 
 
Click & Collect Delivery
Have your order delivered to a Louis Vuitton store of your choice within Australia.
 
Fee: Complimentary
Order window: Delivery service available for orders placed before 2pm AEDT (anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day).
Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your selected stores within 3-5 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO. Box, hotels and communal addresses.
Delivery is only available within Australia.
Please note that My LV Heritage orders take approximately 8 weeks.
