The expected time for standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days following order placement. Shipping charges for standard delivery orders are complimentary.
*For shipments to remote and rural areas including, but not limited to regional Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia addresses please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery
If overnight delivery is requested, your order will be prioritised and will arrive the next business day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) from the time you receive email shipping confirmation. Please note overnight orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day. This service is only available to selected postcodes and is not available for Mon Monogram orders.
Same Business Day Delivery
If same business day delivery is requested, your order will be prioritised with expected arrival before 6pm on the same business day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) you receive an email shipping confirmation. Please note same business day orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day. This service is presently only available to selected Sydney Metropolitan post codes and is not available for Mon Monogram orders.
*A special late delivery between 6pm and 8pm is available within selected Sydney metropolitan postcodes by contacting Client Services on 1300 582 827.
Click & Collect
Have your order delivered to the store of your choice – Complimentary.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM AEST Monday – Friday, will be delivered to the store of your choice in 2 business days. Collect in Store orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
A date of delivery will be prompted by the system when placing your order. This date is a best estimate of delivery time but is not a confirmation. You will receive confirmation of your delivery to our store via SMS and email.
For security reasons, in order to collect your order in-store, please bring your confirmation email or SMS, your photo ID and your payment card or Paypal confirmation email. Acceptable IDs are passports, ID card or driving license with a photo.
If you send an authorised representative to pick up your order, for security reasons, this person will need to show the confirmation email or SMS, your photo ID, this person’s own photo ID, the payment card or Paypal confirmation email and a Letter of Authorisation signed by yourself.
Your order will be available in-store for 30 days. If not collected, it will be sent back and your original method of payment will be refunded (except personalised and Mon Monogram and Mon Damier Graphite items).
